Welcome to my health and fitness page. This is my home base for all the inspiration, products, and most importantly, YOU!! The people and products that help keep me motivated. I am thriving to be the best me that I can be while helping others do the same! =)

I am a fitness coach with 7+ years experience of personal training, classes and boot camps. I am also a full time figure skating coach and choreographer, but most importantly a wife and dog mom.

Im a huge pop culture nerd who gets excited about Funko pop dolls, graphic Tees with 90s kid vibes (honestly anything from the 90s) Not to mention a major Friends tv show, GOT and Stranger things Fanatic! Coffee drinking, movie quoting, music loving dork. Who's main priority is to make you laugh a little, sweat a little, and love yourself a lot. =)

My mantra "if I can do it, you can do it" and this is why. Being born with CHD and having 3 open heart surgeries I believe in life is what you make it, a positive mindset is SO important not to mention learning to laugh at yourself is KEY! There are no excuses and you can do so much more than you think your capable of. SO my main goal here is to keep you not only on track but to remind you that YOU ARE AWESOME! and YOU CAN DO IT! and not just because Nike said you could ;)

But don't worry when I reach out to you we will go over your specific goals and we will find the BEST fit for you!
3. Lastly! You are getting either a FREE bag of the superfood shakes OR a FREE tub of the pre and post workout mixes, depending on which package you decide to go with! Both packages are the same price! You will notice when you go to checkout that the shakes or mixes will be set on auto shipment starting NEXT MONTH - you do not have to order them each month. They can be canceled at anytime and you wont be charged, however I have a strong idea that you are going to love them as much as I do!
